Creamy Carrot Cake Porridge

250 g jumbo organic porridge oats

Choice of nut milk

1 small grated carrot

1 small grated apple

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch grated nutmeg

1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Slow cook all ingredients on the stove top, adding extra liquid as needed.  Serve hot and top with sliced kiwi or fresh berries, 1 tablespoon greek yogurt, ground linseed and extra cinnamon.  Serves 2.
